GP Survival has been warning of the imminent collapse of NHS GP services in the whole of the UK for some time. We are saddened by the situation in NI which has forced our colleagues in NI to gather resignations from whole GP surgeries.
We call upon BMA England/Scotland and Wales to consult their individual members on whether they feel things have become so bad in primary care, that resigning from the GMS2 contract is the only available course.
